  • Life as a chef has been an incredible journey for me, filled with diverse experiences and culinary adventures that have shaped my passion for food. My story began in the bustling heart of Los Angeles, where I worked at some of the most iconic establishments in the city. From Disneyland to Hollywood's vibrant nightlife, from high-end hotels to TV competitions, I've had the privilege of honing my culinary skills in various settings. Now, my family and I have embarked on a new chapter in Maricopa, Arizona, where I've started a meal preparation service. Join me as I share my culinary journey and my deep appreciation for my new community in Maricopa.
  • My culinary career kicked off at the Happiest Place on Earth - Disneyland in Anaheim. Working at Disneyland was a dream come true. I learned the art of creating magical dining experiences and feeding the hungry crowds of visitors from all over the world. It was here that I discovered my love for cooking and the joy of seeing people savoring the meals I prepared.
  • After Disneyland, I landed a position at NBC-Universal, where I was part of a team that catered to the stars. Cooking for celebrities and being a part of the entertainment industry was an unforgettable experience. One highlight was cooking in the commissary for the contestants of a televised competition called "The Voice." It was a whirlwind of excitement and creativity.
  • Next, I found myself in the heart of Hollywood, working as a chef at Vivoli Trattoria. The restaurant was not only known for its delicious Italian cuisine but also for its proximity to the vibrant Hollywood nightlife. It was a unique blend of fine dining and the glitz and glamour of Tinseltown. I cherished the memories of serving both locals and tourists, all while experiencing the enchanting ambiance of Hollywood.
  • My culinary journey continued as I joined the Hilton Hotels team at Hotel Maya, situated next to the historic Queen Mary. Here, I honed my skills in executing large-scale weddings and catering to high-end clients. Grilling ribeye steaks, sea bass, scallops, and lobster became second nature, and I found immense satisfaction in creating memorable experiences for couples celebrating their special day against the picturesque backdrop of the Queen Mary.
  • A change of scenery led me to Loma Linda University Medical, where I served as the night chef. My role involved preparing meals for patients with various dietary needs. It was a different kind of challenge, but immensely rewarding to contribute to the well-being of individuals through nutritious and comforting meals.
  • Now, I've embarked on a new adventure in Maricopa, Arizona, where my family and I have made our home. We've fallen in love with the warmth and charm of this community, and I'm excited to be a part of it. Here, I've started a meal preparation service, bringing the culmination of my 20 years of culinary experience to the residents of Maricopa.
